The 38th annual Quilt Show is a major production for the Crazy Quilters Guild. Traditionally these have included:
- 100s of quilt and quilt related items on display including a main, judged exhibit and several smaller special exhibits.
- Quilts and quilt related items for sale in the Guild Boutique
- Local vendors
- Quilt appraisals
- Rummage sale of fabric and quilt related items in the Bargain Bin
- Food for purchase
- Bed turning
- Demonstrations
- Quilt documentations by the Wisconsin Museum of Quilts & Fiber Arts
