our story


The Crazy Quilters’ Guild, Inc. was formed in November 1985 by eight members who had a common interest, the love of quilting and has grown into one of the larger Wisconsin Quilt Guilds. The guild membership has at present, over 140 members. 


  

Guild Mission:

  • To enrich this love of quilting by providing a means of sharing our quilting experiences with one another
  • To provide community outreach to promote quilting as an art form
  • To give back to the community

What's Happening

Patched Lives Guild Bus Trip

Patched Lives Quilt Guild is doing a bus trip. Details:

· When: Saturday, Oct. 4th

· Cost: $100

· Deadline for signup: Sept. 3rd

· Quilt shops: Olive Juice Quilts (Onalaska), Quilt Peddler (Fennimore) & Quilt Basket N Creations (Viroqua)

Sign Up for UFO Challenge

The challenge runs from Sept 10,2025 thru May 13, 2025 when you bring your finished items to the meeting for Show and Tell.

Items eligible are quilts of any size, quilted goods (placemats, wall hangings, table runners etc) and bags that meet the definition of a quilted top (3 layers). Sign up at the September meeting.  Can't make the meeting?  Send LuAnne  & Dawn an email.
